What to Expect

10:30am Contemporary

This is a multi-generational, modern worship service at First Baptist Church of Valdosta that meets in our newly built Family Life Center. Music is band-led, and dress is casual. This service is ideal for families and individuals looking for a contemporary church in Valdosta.

8:30am Traditional

Our Traditional Worship Service meets in our historic Sanctuary in downtown Valdosta. This service features a classic worship style with an adult choir, hymns, and a reverent atmosphere. Many attendees choose to wear their Sunday best.

Our Traditional Worship Service meets at 8:30AM in our Sanctuary, and our Contemporary Worship Service meets at 10:30AM in our Family Life Center at First Baptist Church of Valdosta.

We have a special Easter experience just for kids during the 9:30am Sunday School hour. Beginning at 9:30am in the Children’s Building, children can enjoy an Easter egg hunt along with other fun activities designed for their age group.

Our team will be there to help your family check in, answer questions, and guide you to the right rooms. Kids will be safe, welcomed, and cared for while parents attend a class or prepare for worship.

Ages Pre-K through 5th Grade.

Guest parking is right up front - look for the signs.

Contemporary Service is more casual; Traditional Service tends to be dressier. Wear what makes you comfortable.
